This is probably just the tip of the tip of the iceberg in the continuation of our Presidents fundamental transformation in our America. During his victory speech he declared that “the task of perfecting our union moves forward.” Wow…..will this reflect traditional America in any way? Will the constitution be considered in this perfection of America project?
This morning in my email box a letter from Michael Farris spoke of the fact that the fight for parental rights just became more difficult because we now face 53 socialists (Democrats) who are eager to pass the UN resolution on the rights of the child. We will lose our parental rights if our representatives vote to give our children to the United Nations. This seems like science fiction to me….could this actually happen in our America as it has in Germany? After this past election, no longer naive, it is believable because the American people have shown their true colors….they value free stuff over freedom. The tax payers and devoted workers must face that fact that they need to work even harder to support the 51% of folks who are dependent on government benefits. These people will continue to vote for the democrats who promise to take care of them. It is clear that we are living in a country of “givers” and “takers.” Sadly and shockingly, this election the takers have won. Freedom and parental rights evidently are not a priority to the “takers.” Elections have consequences.
President Obama who promised not to raise taxes on the middle class is preparing a new carbon tax that will put additional pressure on families trying to make ends meet. Energy costs will skyrocket. Elections have consequences.
We can be sure that our President will appoint left leaning judges who will support abortion rights, undermine parental rights, undermine property and 2nd amendment rights and support gay everything. Let us not forget that our supreme court justices stay in their positions for their entire lives. Elections have consequences.
Do you remember when President Obama told the Russian leader that he would have more flexibility after the election?(He did not realize his microphone was still on) Flexibility to do what? Yoga? The Kremlin received the news about Barack Obama’s election victory very positively. Will he submit and cave on our missile defense? We shall see. Elections have consequences.

He promised to destroy the coal industry, yet didn’t he promise that we would be energy independent. Be prepared for massive layoffs. More unemployment is guaranteed. Obamacare with its unbearable tax burden will have huge consequences for businesses and individuals. Just in the last 48 hours since Obama’s re-election, the following companies begun lay-offs. This is only the beginning. Did I mention that elections have consequences?

Many companies are reducing the hours and number of employees in because of the new healthcare bill. Darden Restaurants, the parent company of Red Lobster and The Olive Garden, announced in October that it would downgrade workers to part-time status to limit costs from Obamacare.
Welch Allyn, a company that manufactures medical diagnostic equipment in central New York, announced in September that they would be laying off 275 employees, or roughly 10% of their workforce over the next three years. One of the major reasons discussed for the layoffs was a proactive response to the Medical Device Tax mandated by the new healthcare
Boston Scientific CEO Ray Elliott, warned that proposed taxes in the health care reform bill could “lead to significant job losses” for his company. Elliott announced that the company would be cutting anywhere between 1,200 and 1,400 jobs, while simultaneously shifting investments and workers overseas – to China.

Under this administration the devaluing of life will continue. This happens on both ends. In the beginning through abortion and in the end through Physician assisted suicide and government bureaucrats who will decide your fate. Sadly, this is the most dire consequence of voting for President Obama.
